This young man is now 12 years old. I'm so loving bieng his mom. He is a willing helper , a great son and brother and I cannot wait to see God's plan for his life to unfold

Genesis our dexter/jersey calf came home yesterday. She is super sweet and we're all in love with her. We also got two Duroc/Hampshire pigs last Friday.

 Starting to work on our family farm. We have 29 hens and a beautiful jersey /dexter mix calf to use for our family milk cow. Chickens and beef cow coming soon! !

Alaska Weather

Alaska never ceases to amaze me. On thing that I find interesting here is it's ever changing weather. The weather forecast is hardly right and the weather is dramatically different in each city.
The pictures below are taken from my backyard, one is from the right and the other is from the left. One side of our house, it is sprinkling a good deal, and one the other, it is not raining at all.
