Liver

I went to my first Doctors appointment and everything looks great with the baby. We were able to here the heartbeat nice and strong and it was 170 beats per min. They took my blood and called me with the results. I am very low in Vitamin D and I am borderline anemic. Everything else looks good. I ordered a liquid high quality Vit. D supplement and decided to start taking the Liver powder that I had to help with the iron levels. I am also taking Fermented Cod liver oil and high Vitamin butter oil.The Liver powder is from Grass fed toxin free cattle the problem is it is NASTY!! Taking it inst easy especially when your already queasy and nauseous. So that is why I love this little gadget I got from the bulk herb store. I turned all my powder into capsules ready to just swallow in about an hour.

 Charlotte opened the capsules and handed them to me she Really enjoyed it.

  The kids thought it was great fun!!

All ready to LET IT SNOW!!!!!!

We received a gift to help outfit eight Arizona kids for our first Alaska winter. We are now confident that come what may we will be ready. The kids are looking forward to sledding and snow man building and Ive heard some whispered Ice Skating hopes.

 James has on a nice winter coat, snow bibs, Snow boats and a cute hat. He wasn't in the mood for our winter dress up preview and let us know with a nice big fit but he still looks cute!!

 Charlotte has a new warm hat with horses on it and she also has snow bibs, princess snow boats and a nice warm coat. She liked our dress-up preview and smiled happily.

 Alaura has a new Hot pink winter coat and a new pair of snow boats on she also has snow bibs, and a warm hat and scarf

 Carolynn has on a bright purple winter coat, Warm snow gloves, hat , scarf, black snow boats with flowers down the side. She has a pair of snow bibs in her size

 Tommy has a warm coat, and New snow shoes. We still need to get him snow pants

 Daniel has a new bright blue coat and snow boats he also needs some snow pants

 Kathryn has on a new cream colored snow coat and a pair of white snow shoes she needs snow pants.

 Alyssa has a new winter coat and a New pair of lace up snow boats. She has to have lace up to support her spine as she wheres a disk in her shoes to help prevent pain from her mild scoliosis. So far the simple disk has relived all of her back pain.

First Fall

Fall is in the air. It is so amazing and beautiful. All the fall I have ever known has been in the desert. Trees still turned orange and red but this is a whole new experience to me. David and I lived in Nebraska from The last two days of October until May but missed the fall and left before it came around again.

 Jimmy loves to climb into the cupboards and play. He will go all the way inside sit down and play with the dishes. He is getting so big trying to talk and eating Tons of food. We have cut him down to two or three short bottles a day since he is eating so much food. We are trying to take his pacifier away during the day and only letting him have it at night and during naps. He can say No, MaMa, Da, Ka (kat) and DaO (Daniel)

 

Fun family fellowship

We went to a friends home for a hot dog roast and had a wonderful time. The kids ran around and explored there large lot and then the guys took the older kids down to the creek at the bottom of there property. We had a great evening.  Jimmy Loved the slide and swing

 This is outside there fence but still on there land an awesome creek full of fish.
